This course enables you to deepen your knowledge of PCM and develop useful skills.

The training is designed for the practitioner to build knowledge and skills on project cycle management (PCM). Everyone interested can be joining this course, which will take place online, in English and French.

Goal

In the PCM courses your main goal is to really build your knowledge on PCM and to develop useful skills. You'll have the opportunity to apply the new gained insights directly on your own project.

Structure

The training will be based on Tearfund’s Roots 5 PCM Manual and is scheduled on 4 different days as 3.5-hour online and hybrid sessions. It's mixed with 1.5 months peer and individual learning where participants apply the contents to their own projects. The training will be supported by the Moodle platform. Extending PCM with Christian reasoning will round the training up.

Testimonial

"I like the way the facilitators structured the training program where a practitioner or a non-practitioner of PCM could comprehend and put to practise the tools and techniques. I personally have been involved in different aspects of projects, but never in such a systematic manner. It has really helped me in decision making and planning for projects in the future."
