Following last year’s inspiring training on the MSC approach led by Helen Fernandes (The Leprosy Mission Australia) and Melanie Williams (ARDS Aboriginal Corporation, Australia), we are pleased to invite you to this follow-up session.
After collecting and selecting their first Most Significant Change stories, the members of Interaction's International Programm 2025-28 as well as other interested participants will come together for a new learning session facilitated by Melanie and Helen to reflect on their field experiences and share key insights.
This follow-up workshop will focus on:
- Sharing practical experiences from the first round of story collection
- Discussing challenges faced during interviews and selection processes
- Identifying ways to improve data quality and inclusiveness
- Strengthening collective learning across projects and contexts
By closing the loop between training, practice, and reflection, we aim to further strengthen MSC as a meaningful tool for capturing impact, amplifying voices, and supporting adaptive programme management.
