
The funding landscape for NGOs continues to shift fast. Official Development Assistance budgets are under pressure, competition for grants is intensifying, donors are raising the bar — and for faith-based organisations, navigating all of this comes with an added layer of complexity.
But the organisations that are adapting are working on it systematically. That's what this session is for.
This session introduces the framework we will use across the whole 2026 series: three lenses that together define what a fundraising-fit organisation looks like.

This session helps you locate your organisation within the landscape challenges, understand what the data says across all three lenses, and leave with a strong understanding and practical next steps you can implement in any size organisation.
The session closes with peer discussion, an introduction to Interaction's new Fundraising Steering Committee, and three specific actions to take before the next session on May 12, 2026.
This session is designed for anyone in your organisation who is involved in fundraising — whether you are an Executive Director who does it yourself, a dedicated fundraising coordinator, or a programme staff member who writes proposals. For many of our smaller members, all of these are the same person. You are all very welcome.
The three sessions build progressively, each one assumes you attended the previous. Missing a session? We will send a brief summary and follow-up resource so you can stay in the loop.
