Vielmehr geht es darum, uns selbst dazu zu bringen, das zu tun, was Gott sich von uns wünscht.“
Das Gebet ist uns als Interaction wichtig.
Unsere Vision ist viel größer als das, was wir allein erreichen können.
Wir glauben an einen liebenden Gott, der unsere Gebete hört und erhört.
Ihre Gebete können etwas bewirken.
Bitte beten Sie mit uns für ein Ende der extremen Armut und Ungerechtigkeit.
Jeden ersten Dienstag im Monat treffen sich die Interaction Mitglieder via Zoom zum gemeinsamen Gebet.
Dabei orientieren wir uns am Buch A Common Prayer, welches Christ:innen weltweit vereint.
Jeden Monat leitet uns ein anderes Fokusthema. Dies beinhaltet beispielsweise Versöhnung, geteilte Wirtschaft, Gastfreundschaft,
Schöpfungsbewahrung, Frieden stiften und kontemplatives Gebet.

May God bless you with a restless discomfort
about easy answers, half-truths, and superficial relationships,
so that you may seek truth boldly and love deep within your heart.
May God bless you with holy anger
at injustice, oppression, and exploitation of people,
so that you may tirelessly work for justice, freedom, and peace among all people.
May God bless you with the gift of tears
to shed for those who suffer from pain, rejection, starvation, or the loss of all that they cherish,
so that you may reach out your hand to comfort them and transform their pain into joy.
May God bless you with enough foolishness
to believe that you really can make a difference in this world,
so that we are able, with God’s grace, to do what others claim cannot be done.
Draw us into your love, Christ Jesus : and deliver us from fear.
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not
so much seek to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,

A: Glücklich sind die Gewaltlosen, denn sie werden das Land erben.
E: Doch wir sehen Herrschende und Habgierige, stolze und gewalttätige Menschen, die Not und Leid bringen.
A: Erbarme dich über sie!
E: Vertreibe den Machthunger in ihren Herzen!
A: Gib Barmherzigkeit, Liebe und Friedfertigkeit Raum in ihren Herzen. Herr, erbarme dich!
Gebet für die Frieden Stiftenden
E: Jesus, du hast gesagt:
A: Glücklich sind, die Frieden stiften, denn Gott wird sie seine Kinder nennen.
E: Wir sehen Politiker, die vermitteln, zureden, den Frieden suchen. Wir sehen Frauen und Männer, die zum Frieden aufrufen. Wir sehen Journalistinnen, die Unrecht aufdecken.
A: Gott, schenke, dass sie gehört werden!
E: Gib ihnen Kraft und Schutz! Lass ihre Bemühungen gelingen.
A: Herr, erbarme dich!
Gebet für die Opfer
E: Jesus, du hast gesagt:
A: Glücklich sind die Trauernden, denn sie werden getröstet werden.
E: Wir sehen Menschen, die vertrieben werden, verängstigt sind, leiden und sterben.
A: Erbarme dich über sie!
E: Lass sie Trost erfahren!
A: Herr, erbarme dich!
Und wir?
E: Jesus, du rufst auch uns auf:
A: Dass wir Frieden stiften.
E: Dass wir trösten.
A: Dass wir uns den Unterdrückten, Ausgestossenen und Leidenden annehmen.
E: Herr, schaffe Gerechtigkeit
